SUMMARY:

Responsible for production and quality of machine output.

Responsibilities

Maintain productivity and quality output of Production Machines (to include Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Vision, and High Speed Assembly Machines).

Perform tooling changes, set‑ups, material changes on production equipment.

Troubleshoot production machinery, and support equipment.

Accurately complete routine paperwork and submit work order for repair of equipment beyond ability of department mechanic.

Must perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent attendance and good work history.

Must score at least 65% on mechanical aptitude test.

Able to quickly learn the mechanics of high speed lining machines.

Prior mechanic experience.

Knowledge of product and materials a plus.

Able to provide or purchase own tools as needed.

Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, climbing, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving (up to 50 pounds).

Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.

Able to work overtime as needed.

Must perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.

Additional Info

Pay Range: $21.84 - 26.
