Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties.
What you'll do:
* Prep Processing room for washing
* Power down machines using appropriate procedures
* Break down equipment for cleaning.
* Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms
* Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F
* Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures
* Ability to read labels for chemical identification
About you:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 months of experience
