The Assembler is responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications and quality standards. The role ensures accurate assembly, supports production targets, and maintains a safe and efficient work environment. The position contributes to consistent product quality and operational performance.

Product Assembly & Equipment Operation

• Maintain ownership of assembly quality by performing product assembly in accordance with specifications and work instructions.
• Assemble containment doors, partitions, and related products according to product specifications.
• Identify defective materials during assembly and report findings to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Operate equipment and use hand-jacks to safely move and store materials.
• Develop working knowledge of equipment and machinery within assigned department.

Safety, Quality & Workplace Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and work instructions including SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and Safety Manual.
• Maintain awareness of how individual work impacts product quality, safety, and compliance.
• Report quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel immediately.

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
• This role will require working long hours and weekends to meet production schedules and company activities (i.e.: recording inventory).

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively unassisted for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment or parts and work near moving mechanical parts.
