This hands-on, floor-based role collaborates with Production, Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance and Regulatory personnel to maintain safe, high-quality poultry products and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing and 2+ years in food safety/QA, with poultry processing experience preferred
