We are actively recruiting experienced Bindery Operators for immediate openings in the Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, DC areas. These opportunities offer competitive pay, multiple shift options, and the potential for long-term employment.
Preferred Skills & Equipment ExperienceWe are seeking candidates with hands-on experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting bindery and finishing equipment, including:
- Cutting:
Polar cutters - Folding:
Stahl and MBO folders - Saddle Stitcher:
Mueller Martini stitchers - Perfect Binding:
Duplo perfect binders
Experience in one or more of these areas is encouraged.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of bindery or finishing experience in a commercial printing environment
- Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Competitive pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour
- Multiple shift opportunities
