The Assistant Director, Principal Gifts Projects & Analytics (Development Strategy Associate) will be responsible for supporting the deliverables and donor and prospect strategy of the principal gifts program within the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine (FJHM). Reporting to the Director of Principal Gifts Strategy at FJHM, this role will provide critical project management, donor and prospect analytics, and impact reporting support to leaders and fundraisers throughout the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine and in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University Central Development and Alumni Relations (DAR).

The Development Strategy Associate will support the creation of an array of donor-facing and institutional leadership-facing materials by conducting research, writing, reviewing, editing, and serving as a liaison to internal partners. Key responsibilities:

• Support the development of materials for principal level proposals, leadership briefings, donor correspondence, gift agreements, and MOUs in coordination with the office of the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, the internal institutional partners as appropriate.
