Community Ambassador; Part-Time

Ristozi FC is seeking energetic, outgoing, and community-minded individuals to join our Ambassador Team. Ambassadors represent Ristozi FC at local events, festivals, schools, and matchdays - helping grow the club’s presence and connect with fans across Baltimore and the surrounding area. Ambassadors play a key role in promoting the club, building excitement around upcoming matches, and providing valuable feedback on community engagement and fan reactions.

• Represent Ristozi FC at community events, soccer games, and public appearances.
• Engage with fans, answer questions, and share information about the team.
• Distribute promotional materials and giveaways at local events.
• Promote Ristozi FC season tickets and merch.
• Encourage sign-ups for our newsletter, memberships, and youth initiatives.
• Assist with setup and breakdown at events and matchdays when needed.
• Serve as a positive, professional face of Ristozi FC in the community.

• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking to people of all ages.
• Passionate about soccer and community engagement.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and select home matches.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs. (boxes, tents, tables, etc.)
• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Free Ristozi FC gear.
• Gain hands-on experience in sports marketing and community development.
