Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Pay: $32.00–$40.00 hourly
Schedule: Full‑time, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
About the RoleWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 24/7 Crisis Respite Unit at Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. In this role you will deliver direct nursing care to adults experiencing mental health and addiction crises.
What You'll Do- Monitor client health, including vitals, blood sugars, wound care, and clinical changes.
- Administer medications, including PRN, methadone, and Suboxone.
- Document care in the EMR and report changes to on‑call providers.
- Provide patient education and facilitate wellness groups.
- Respond to medical emergencies on the unit.
- Maryland LPN or RN license (required).
- 5+ years of experience in addiction treatment or co‑occurring disorders.
- Strong teamwork, documentation, and crisis intervention skills.
