Join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to inspire, educate, and empower! In this role, you’ll help PACU staff build confidence and skill through evidence-based learning, bridging the gap between research and real-world practice. You’ll design and deliver creative education that keeps our team sharp, our patients safe, and our care top‑notch.

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the District of Columbia.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related discipline preferred or must be matriculated into a master’s program within nine months of employment.
• Certification as a CCRN preferred or obtained within 9 months of hire.
• At least three to five years of recent RN PACU nursing experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an R.N. in unit specialty.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate a caring demeanor toward others.
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and collaboratively with others.
• Proficient computer skills related to traditional business management functions including Microsoft Office Programs.
• Active CPR required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching experienced/inexperienced or nursing staff and nursing students.
