What You Will DoThe Manager, Case Management provides supervision and administrative oversight to the Case Management Team and functions as an expert clinical practitioner and skilled manager of clinical systems that impact patient care for a minimum of 50% of his/her time. Daily management of personnel issues such as performance management and staffing. Under the direction of the Director, serves as an advisor, resource, preceptor and leader for other members of the Case Management Team.

What You Will Bring- Master’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing; for a Physician Assistant, a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies, Health Science, or Medical Science required OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing; or for Physician Assistant, a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health required with four years’ experience as a Lead Case Manager required.
- Five years full-time nursing or physician’s assistant experience, including two years’ experience in a specialty area. Additional case management/disease management or managed care experience preferred.
- Current registered nursing licensure in the State of Maryland for RN.
Minimum $51.22/hour – Maximum $79.39/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
