ResponsibilitiesPut your nursing expertise to work at a Magnet-designated, university-affiliated hospital located just six blocks from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor by joining the team at Mercy Medical Center’s Interventional Pain Management & Lung Center. Our Registered Nurses (RN) in Pain & Lung provide care to adult patients presenting for pain management and pulmonary procedures. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence based, high quality care, including patient assessment, RN administered moderate sedation and post procedural recovery.
Requirements- A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment)
- A license (RN) to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience in critical care, and/or Interventional care required
- Healthcare Provider-Level CPR (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification
