Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed, not‑for‑profit, community‑based hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, and a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine. It serves Montgomery County and surrounding areas. The hospital is a designated trauma center accredited by the Joint Commission and recognized by ANCC Magnet for nursing excellence.
About the RoleAs an OR Nurse, you will circulate in multiple surgical services including, but not limited to, Trauma Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastic Surgery, GYN Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery, and Robotics. Scrub ability is a plus.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Maryland or other compact state
- BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training) required
- OR experience required
- If hired with an Associate’s degree in nursing, must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of start date.
- Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
Salary Range: Minimum $46.18/hour — Maximum $71.58/hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience.
