ResponsibilitiesThe Certified Nursing Assistant, under supervision of a registered nurse, performs delegated patient care procedures and ADLs for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients undergoing the detoxification process. Reports and records information.
RequirementsEducation and Work Experience
- Must possess a high‑school diploma or GED
- Must possess one year of experience in an acute hospital setting
- Knowledge of chemical dependency preferred
Specific Requirements
- Certification Requirements:
- Nursing Assistant Certification, CPR
- Other Requirements:
- Obtaining and recording vital signs
