Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
• Provide direction to clinical team members.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided.

Education & Qualification Requirements

• LPN graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Valid/Current CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• At least 1 year professional experience as a nurse preferred.
• Open availability, able to work various shifts including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

• A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents at once.

Location & Shift

• Physical Setting:
  Long term care, Nursing home.
• Standard Shift: Evening shift, Night shift, Overtime.

Compensation

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour.
