The Johns Hopkins Hospital is a world‑leading academic medical center. The Hematologic Malignancies Oncology Unit is a 16‑bed inpatient unit that provides medical care to adult oncology patients. Registered Nurses (RNs) will care for patients with acute leukemia and other hematologic malignancies receiving intensive chemotherapy regimens. The unit supports innovative therapies and clinical trials in partnership with the Kimmel Cancer Center.
All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in a yearlong accredited Nurse Residency Program to facilitate a successful transition into professional nursing practice.

- Associate degree from an accredited nursing program required. BSN or MSN matriculation required within 1 year of hire and completion of degree within 5 years of hire.
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
- BLS CPR certification required.
- No RN work experience required.
- Authorization to work in the United States: applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.
- All nurses hired with an associate’s degree must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of start date.
Salary Range:
Minimum $35.02 /hr – Maximum $52.69 /hr. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
