Sibley Memorial Hospital is a non‑profit, full‑service 318‑bed acute care community hospital serving the Washington, DC area. It offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24‑hour Emergency Department. The campus also includes Grand Oaks, an assisted‑living residence; a medical building with physician offices, ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and a new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms.
As an Operating Room Nurse at the Sibley Ambulatory Surgery Center
, you will circulate (scrub ability is a plus) in a wide variety of surgical specialties. You will enjoy a work‑life balance with no nights, weekends or holidays.
Shift: 13‑week contract position, 07:00 – 17:30. January start date.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the District of Columbia
- BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training required
- OR experience required
Salary Range: Minimum $80.00/hour, Maximum $80.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
