Travel RN assignments in Baltimore, MD place you at a large academic hospital with over 1,000 beds, designated as a Level I trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. The Weinberg 4A unit specializes in adult medical oncology, providing advanced cancer care in a collaborative environment. Baltimore features a vibrant waterfront, historic neighborhoods, and a lively arts scene. Washington, DC is about a one-hour drive south, offering additional cultural and entertainment options.
To qualify, you need current RN licensure and recent experience in adult medical oncology. Essential skills include chemotherapy administration, patient assessment, and strong communication abilities. Recommended skills include proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) and experience in high-acuity academic settings.
