All Shifts is booking per diem Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) shifts in Baltimore, Maryland. Pick the shifts you want, when you want them, right from your phone.
Pay: $20.70 to $22.08 per hour. This is the real, current pay range across open Baltimore GNA shifts on the All Shifts app (102 open shift slots across 23 posted shifts as of July 12, 2026).
