Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating patient care activities and nursing services for Johns Hopkins Hospital’s ambulatory oncology clinics and programs. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. Oversees management staff, maximizes resource utilization, and ensures the highest quality of care. Develops standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards, evidence-based practice, and the organization’s mission.

Supports performance improvement activities and aids in the recruitment and retention of the care team workforce.

• Master of Nursing (MSN) required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in nursing, nursing administration, or a related field required.
• Two years’ experience in a management capacity role required.
• Oncology nursing experience and ambulatory leadership experience are highly preferred.
• Current Maryland RN license required.

Salary Range:
Minimum $63.98/hour - Maximum $99.17/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
