American Traveler is hiring an Oncology RN for an infusion center role requiring MD or compact RN licensure and at least 2 years of oncology/infusion experience.
Details- Oncology infusion center setting connected to an oncology urgent care for add-on patients or provider assessments
- Administers chemotherapy, electrolytes, and blood products
- Patient ratio of 1:6-7
- Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required within specialty and acuity level
- Uses EPIC charting system
- Active MD or compact RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS or ONCC chemotherapy certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Strong oncology and infusion experience required
- First-time travelers accepted with strong oncology/infusion experience
