Dialysis Nurse

Independent Dialysis Foundation Inc. (IDF) is an over 45 year old Maryland Non Profit Dialysis company focused on delivery of quality patient care and career satisfaction of our clinicians. Our Administrators are Dialysis RNs.
Over a third of our talented staff have been with IDF for an average of 20 years.

We have both Full-time (and Part-time)
RN positions available. Come join us and work in our Hampden Neighborhood 21 station Dialysis clinic with very cohesive team and great hours. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday. Full-time staff are scheduled 36-40 hours weekly.
Dialysis experience a plus but will train the right candidate.

• Administer patient care in a safe, confidential, and respectful manner.
• Apply interpersonal relationship skills.
• Assist fellow members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Accountable for all delegated nursing care activities, assessments, interventions and for ongoing evaluation of the patient's response to the nursing plan of care.
• Perform and document patient observations and data collections accurately, timely, and legibly in the patient's electronic medical record.
• Respond appropriately to visual and audible alarms of the dialysis machine and other ancillary equipment.
