Travel RN - Interventional Radiology​/IR - Interventional Radiology

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring ACLS, BLS, and at least one prior travel assignment.

• Active RN license (Compact or MD) required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent IR experience required within the last 7 years
• At least one completed travel assignment required for consideration
• Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Flu vaccine required

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting
• Performs vascular studies and procedures including angioplasty and central venous access/port placement
• Day shift schedule of 4x9.5 hours, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with one rotating day off
• 36 hours per week with call required every 5th week
• Cerner charting system preferred
  
  Provide direct patient care during interventional radiology procedures
• Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate
• Candidates with prior employment at this health system must have a minimum one-year separation before returning as a traveler
• No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment
• Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed per 13-week contract
• Manager interviews are not guaranteed
