In this role, you will:- Provide comprehensive inpatient care, focusing on pre- and post-operative management.
- Collaborate with an expert team of surgeons, physicians, and advanced practice providers to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in cardiac surgery practices.
- Full-time,40 hours per week (3 twelve hr shifts weekly PLUS 1 eight hour shift every other week - totaling 80 hours every 2 weeks)
- Day shift
- Inpatient-focused role
- Previous clinical experience in cardiac surgery or a surgical/acute care setting strongly preferred
- Committed to teamwork, clinical excellence, and advancing cardiovascular care
