Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents at Northwest Nursing and Rehab Center, a leading provider of long-term care in Baltimore, MD.
About the Role:As an LPN on our team, you will have the opportunity to work 12-hour shifts, providing personalized care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitoring resident health and reporting changes to the care team
- Collaborating with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care
