We are looking for a Director of Patient Care (RN) to lead nursing and patient care services at our Baltimore facility. You will ensure the highest standards of care, staff development and operational efficiency.
What you'll do- Lead and manage patient care operations
- Oversee nursing staff, scheduling and performance
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement care protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and administrators
- Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction
Essential
- Active RN licence
- 8+ years of nursing experience, including leadership
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations
- Proven team management skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Baltimore
- MSN or MHA
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings
- Salary of $160,000 – $180,000
- Leadership role in patient care
- Collaborative hospital environment
