American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac ICU/Coronary Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience in a Level II trauma center and an MD or compact RN license.
Details- 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) providing care to overflow patients from Medical ICU, RRT distress, and other CC diagnoses
- Rotating day/night shifts or evening shift (7P) needed
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage per unit need
- Uses Epic EMR
- Active RN license (MD or compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience required
- Level II trauma center experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Facility bed count experience comparable to assigned facility size may be required
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiac ICU patients, including overflow and rapid response cases
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate, with exceptions at certain facilities requiring a 60-mile radius rule
