About the RoleAs a CNA, you will play a vital role in our care team, providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are committed to creating a supportive and caring environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with mealtime, toileting, and transfer needs
- Monitor and report changes in condition, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team
- Support a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
- Active CNA certification in Maryland
- Compassionate and team-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent patient care
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Competitive pay: $18 - $20 HOURLY
