Adventist Health Care seeks an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for the Med Surg Department to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care. The ANM will partner with the manager to align department goals with the organization’s mission and strategic plan.
The role requires a nursing degree, Maryland RN license, and BLS certification, plus 2 years in a related department with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. Night shift, full-time, with weekend rotation.
