Position Overview:

Join the Groundskeeper role to support the Clean Corps workforce training program, focusing on cleaning and caring for community‑selected lots, alleys, and trash cans in Baltimore, MD.

• Assist in educating and training Clean Corps crew members on safety protocols and tool use.
• Support the Clean Corps Site Supervisor in ensuring metrics and benchmarks are met on time, documenting daily activities in the data tracking system.
• Assist crew members during daily operations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance of selected sites, maintaining high standards and compliance with neighborhood and city specifications.
• Promote soft skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication among crew members.
• Perform landscaping work and site improvements, including mowing, trimming, removing trash, cleaning alleyways, emptying trash cans, and collaborating for daily removal to refuge sites.
• Assist in maintaining program equipment and addressing malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Driver’s License required.
