Baltimore Country Club, one of the premier clubs in the country and recognized as a Platinum Club of America, is seeking motivated students to join our Golf Course Maintenance Internship Program. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience at a historic, championship‑level facility with a reputation for excellence in agronomy and member service.
Founded in 1898, Baltimore Country Club features two distinguished golf courses: our Five Farms East Course, consistently ranked among the top 100 courses in the United States, and our West Course, a classic parkland layout. The club is excited to embark this July on the East Course Maintenance Plan working with Golf Course Architect Keith Foster. Work will include rebuilding all tees and bunkers, fairway expansions, fine fescue rough establishment and restoring lost Tillinghast features throughout the East Course.
Program Highlights
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive turf management team.

both warm- and cool-season turfgrass maintenance

- Current student or recent graduate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
