• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their ideal homes
• Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Dedicate time for weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
• Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

• Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
