Leasing Manager – Baltimore, MD

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Communicating effectively with the team through weekly meetings
• Mentoring leasing team members and overseeing ongoing on‑site training
• Providing clear and necessary instructions, setting sales goals
• Assigning leasing paperwork
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports by deadlines
• Implementing policies and procedures, including lease renewal and retention programs
• Analyzing weekly leasing reports and forecasting occupancy trends
• Tracking advertising, promotions, and publications
• Identifying vacancy issues
• Updating websites and local advertising, and monitoring internet traffic results

• 4+ years of residential leasing management experience
• Strong knowledge of current market and submarket conditions
• Ability to complete monthly market surveys and run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly leasing reports
• Experience in leading and motivating staff members
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both staff and residents
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
