Compensation: $58,000–$63,000 + Quarterly Bonus Potential
RISE Residential is seeking a motivated, results-driven Leasing Manager to join the team at Prosper on Fayette
, a student housing community where strong leadership and consistent execution make all the difference.
This role is responsible for driving leasing performance, leading and developing the leasing team, and ensuring an exceptional prospect and resident experience throughout the leasing cycle. If you know student housing, understand how to motivate a team, and take pride in hitting goals the right way, this is a solid opportunity to grow with RISE.
What You’ll Do- Lead all leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and retention goals
- Develop and execute leasing strategies within an approved budget
- Train, supervise, coach, and evaluate Leasing Professionals and Community Assistants
- Set expectations and hold the team accountable for follow-up, professionalism, and service standards
- Conduct property tours and ensure timely prospect follow-up in accordance with company policy
- Partner with marketing to implement leasing and outreach initiatives
- Monitor market conditions and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
- Build strong relationships with prospects, residents, and local partners
- Communicate the community’s features, benefits, and value clearly and confidently
- Perform daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, curb appeal, and company standards are met
- Support budget planning related to leasing and marketing efforts
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager
- Prior leasing or sales experience, preferably in student housing
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven leasing environment
- Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using property management and CRM systems
