We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable bartender to join our crew. Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a strong background in service, who enjoys engaging with guests and fostering an atmosphere where guests feel welcome, safe, and acknowledged. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with exceptional service each night.

• Bartending Excellence:
  Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Customer Service:
  Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout the event. Engage with patrons to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
• Point-of-Sale:
  Process payments accurately, handle credit card transactions quickly and efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Comply with all local and state laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Ensure responsible service and refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance:
  Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including keeping the bar top, glassware, and utensils spotless, changing kegs, restocking inventory, and assisting in cleaning and closing duties.

• 2-3 years bartending experience
• TIPS or equivalent responsible beverage service certification is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Good memory and cash management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and composure in handling multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service and strong listening skills
• Knowledge of menu items and basic math and computer skills
• Ability to handle tense situations calmly and meet physical demands of the position, including working nights, weekends, and holidays
