We are looking for a dynamic and personable
Bistro 300 Server
to join our team. This role is ideal for a hard-working professional who thrives on serving guests in a full-service restaurant/lounge atmosphere with their desired food & libations. You will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and leaving a lasting impression for future brand loyalty and repeat customers.

What You’ll Do:

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

This a full-time position with a schedule that requires afternoon/evening shifts from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am including weekends and holidays. Hourly rate for this position is $10.06.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Previous cocktail/server experience preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts 3:00pm-11:30pm and 4:00pm-12:30am including weekends and holidays.
