What You’ll Do
- Set the Scene:
Be proactive and show initiative to ensure the store is ready and organized before opening, including merchandise placement and store cleanliness. - Customer
Experience:
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers. You’ll be their go‑to person for everything Bright Side. - Teach & Inspire:
Share product knowledge and help train fellow associates on merchandise standards. - Achieve Goals:
Meet and exceed key performance indicators like customer retention, renewals, and win‑backs. - Always Go the Extra Mile:
Do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and ensure they leave with a smile. - Brand Ambassador:
Inspire customers by showcasing your passion for fashion, creativity, and culture. - Maintain a Beautiful Store:
Organize inventory and keep the store aesthetically pleasing and clean throughout the day, especially before closing.
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of relevant service experience in a fast‑paced, creative retail environment.
- Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
- A passion for customer service and a dedication to consistently elevating the customer experience.
- Familiarity with using digital technology on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
- A friendly, can‑do attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving setting.
