Seasonal Operations Associate – White Marsh Mall

The role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store.
This is an early morning position and you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability. Apply today!
- Customer Service – Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, operating with the latest merchandise to assist customers promptly.
- Executes pricing and signing – Change ticket prices and sign merchandise across the store quickly and accurately.
- Replenish and restock the store – Prepare merchandise for the sales floor to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
- Receive and unload merchandise – Work with co‑workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
- Backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
- On‑line pick up – Find and fulfill orders placed online.
- Merchandise strategy – Execute merchandising plans to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Participates in a learning environment – Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
