About the Role Receive shipments & accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom & off‑site locations. Assist sales team in replenishing sales floor after shipment or during recovery periods.
Role Overview As a Stock Associate you will support the store by ensuring merchandise is properly received, stored, and ready for sale. You will work closely with the sales team, maintain inventory accuracy, keep the stockroom organized, and support store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities- Scan shipments as delivered and ticket items.
- Stock merchandise in the stockroom or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
- Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
- Organize stockroom by department and category; keep aisles and exits clear.
- Ensure merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, and logged.
- Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries.
- Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations.
- Maintain a clean, swept stockroom with garbage removed and supplies organized.
- Assist on sales floor during peak times as assigned.
- Complete tasks on the daily agenda such as maintenance, lighting, and cleaning.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Follow all stockroom procedures to minimize loss to the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1‑2 years of customer service or stockroom experience preferred.
- Basic product knowledge preferred but not required.
- Effective time‑management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mobility in stockroom or sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry medium‑to‑large items up to 100 lbs using safe techniques.
- Full‑time associates must have open availability; part‑time flex associates must meet specific weekend/weekday availability requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Team player, proactive, and eager to help colleagues.
- Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Operate POS system.
- Lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 pounds with safety equipment.
- Competitive compensation: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour.
