Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Coach and train Inventory Associates – ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to maximize productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns and support directives from the Area or District Manager.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus on detail and reliable attendance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meet fleet driver requirements may be required.
