We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused individuals to join our New and Used Car Sales Departments. Whether you have experience in sales, retail, or customer service, or you are a fast learner with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their needs.
- Present and demonstrate new and pre‑owned vehicles with confidence and professionalism.
- Explain product features, benefits, and available options clearly.
- Build lasting relationships and follow up with prospective and current customers.
- Learn and follow the full sales process, including handling objections and closing sales.
- Report daily activity and progress to Sales Management.
- No previous automotive experience required.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and helping others.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
