Chief Operations Officer, The Edens Group, LLC The Leader in Recruiting IntelligenceAs the Leader in Recruiting Intelligence, The Edens Group, LLC has been retained to identify and recruit a Strategic Account Executive for a leader in Identity Theft and Cyber Protection Services to fuel growth during their next phase of expansion. Our client is a well-established firm, with revenue in the Billions and a multi-national global presence. This role is in their Global Identity and Cyber Protection division and our client is growing rapidly and is considered to be a world-class group of leaders with exceptional visibility across industry.
This individual will serve as the primary interface between our client and their customers, managing the affairs of the account, while looking for new opportunities for growth. This person will need to demonstrate an understanding of service and software solutions, and how customers are using our client’s SaaS products to benefit their members, employees, customers and cardholders. The job will require a strong ability to multi-task and work at many levels and in multicultural settings to ensure client satisfaction.
The role will work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance and Technology teams. The key to success in this position is the development and maintenance of strong relationships, while utilizing a consultative sales approach. The position requires occasional travel up to 20% and reports directly to the CEO.
This dynamic Strategic Account Executive will play an important role in growing our client's global identity and cyber protection business. We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker who MUST BE an experienced expert in developing B2B2C partnerships. You need to be a go-getter, willing to roll up your sleeves and own the end-to-end sales cycle. We are looking for a problem solver, who understands their prospects and the needs of their consumers.
You need to be a great team player, collaborating internally with product, marketing, finance, legal and operations. The success of this role will be measured by achieving annual sales quotas made possible by solid management of an extensive pipeline of opportunities.
- Exceed sales targets by building and maintaining a robust pipeline across relevant verticals that lead to healthy partnerships.
- Models new opportunities to align with profitability goals and strategic direction of the company.
- Presents opportunities to sales and executive leadership and provides regular communication on status and results.
- Takes responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycle – building strong relationships across the organization.
Skills:
- Industry experience in identity, cyber and credit products is a big plus
- Demonstrated success in B2B2C sales
- Ability to sell dynamic solutions across different verticals
- Experience using a CRM such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Global experience is a plus
