Position:
Territory Manager
Compensation:
Competitive base + bonus based on a % of gross margin. Life and Healthcare insurance paid 100% by company. Gas card and mileage allowance.
- Oversees sales regions for the company
- Integrate with the inside sales team and Branch managers to grow sales in the assigned region
- Act as a liaison between company headquarters and the company’s presence
- Identify, acquire and grow new dealers in the region. Form tight relations with current and prospective customers
- Grow organic sales from existing dealers. Provide coaching to customers on how to grow their business and improve profitability
- Perform other duties as assigned by VP of Sales
- 3 years sales experience required in HVAC or equivalent industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet physical demands of jobs, including lifting, standing and walking
- 70% travel required, car only
