What You’ll Do:

• Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales:
  Engage customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to win new business.
• Create Winning Proposals:
  Develop competitive quotes and close deals with confidence.
• Support the Field Team:
  Collaborate with outside reps and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build Relationships:
  Become the trusted advisor for your accounts, turning one-time jobs into loyal customers.
• Track Activity:
  Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up-to-date.

Experience/Requirements:

• 1+ years of inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B customer service (Waste, Construction, Logistics, or Industrial sales preferred)
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Excellent communicator — persuasive, energetic, and confident on the phone
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and CRMs
• High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
