Job Description

Be part of a 28 year old company that is local, available and proven. USB Payment Processing is looking for hard-working inside sales representatives. USB Payment Processing is a Towson based merchant services provider that helps small businesses accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you have the qualities below, you might be perfect for this position.

Qualifications:

• Previous Inside sales/cold calling/ telemarketing experience is preferred
• B2B Experience is preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude along with a professional phone etiquette
• Experience with CRM and Dialing systems is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Telemarketing / outbound cold calling (local B2B)
• Hours are part time 9 AM-4 PM
• Must have the ability to handle high volume outbound cold calls to businesses
• Candidates must be able to communicate in a clear and friendly manner
• Candidates must be able to gather information from prospects
• Schedule quality appointments for the outside sales agent to follow up
