Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist
Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is looking for a motivated sales professional passionate about HVAC solutions. Join our team and grow our commercial HVAC business by building lasting client relationships, delivering innovative solutions, and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for commercial HVAC products
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, engineers, and facility managers
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and purchasing) to ensure successful project execution
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Works with commercial team to help manage and support clients
- Ensure technical problems and parts availability issues are resolved effectively and promptly
- Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and equipment application skills
- Oversee communication with TSA’s, clients and commercial sales team, ensuring clear and professional interactions
- Maintain sales CRM software
- Conduct customer sales visits regularly

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales, or customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and different software programs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business or a technical related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment sales in a B2B environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and different software programs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Computer literacy with Excel, CRM, ERP, and MFG design systems
- Experience coordinating commercial sales or construction projects
- Technical Value or Solution selling experience
- Field experience installing, servicing or commissioning electro‑mechanical equipment
