SHIK Consulting Group is continuing to grow in the DC metro area and we’re adding a Junior Marketing Assistant to support outreach, brand engagement, and day-to-day campaign activity. This is a hands-on role for early-career candidates who want real experience, daily interaction with people, and a team that helps you build confidence quickly.

• Support live brand initiatives at partnered retail and event locations
• Have conversations with customers and introduce current promotions
• Provide clear information and assist with simple sign-up processes
• Help maintain a professional, organized event setup
• Stay adaptable as traffic and activity levels change
• Share insights and observations so the team can keep improving

• People who are comfortable talking to others in person
• Friendly communicators with a positive, reliable attitude
• Team players who like staying active and involved
• Individuals interested in marketing, customer experience, or outreach
• Fast learners who respond well to coaching

Training is provided. Experience is helpful but not required.
