• Complete world‑class training and develop the skills necessary to sell homes.
• Follow the proven sales process to close deals.
• Take ownership of coaching sessions and apply feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license as a requirement for assignments.

• No prior home‑sales experience required.
• Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Hourly rate of $25.00 with eligibility for bonuses ranging from $500 to $1,500 per home closing. Extensive benefits include time off for holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation, eligibility for overtime, medical, dental, and vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

30 % travel required.
