Outside Sales Rep

This position will earn a bi-weekly base salary based on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for commission based on a percentage of the net sales and gross margin. We will guarantee an annual commission for your first year which will be discussed during the hiring process. We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Experience with cold calling strategies and growing existing accounts.
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
