Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, conducting energy assessments, and presenting solutions tailored to their needs. Our sales professionals benefit from company-provided leads generated through our successful direct mail dinner seminars and other marketing efforts ”no cold calling required!
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess energy efficiency needs
Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products and services
Present customized solutions and close sales in a one-call close environment
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets and company expectations
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings
Requirements:
Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement, HVAC, solar, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability
Reliable transportation and a professional appearance
