ROLE PURPOSE :
Management of Aspen business in Iraq to achieve local sales budget for retail & tender, this includes leading sales force team, visiting key customers in private and tender sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES :- Full management of Aspen dedicated sales force team, which includes hiring, onboarding, performance management, in addition to employee development, retention & motivation.
- Driving the relevant promotion strategy with the sales force team and distributor partners.
- Identification and implementation of sales growth strategies, in both retail and tenders.
- Identify and drive new business growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance versus sales targets for each team member and for the entire market
- Forecasting : drive local sales forecast with involvement from distributors and local teams
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding a customer base.
- Reporting :
Daily follow-up on CRM reporting, monthly customer targeting, and coaching visits - Identify and perform promotional activities to continuously improve customer reach and coverage
